Prague welcomes experts on clusters and innovation ecosystems
From 16 to 18 June 2025, Prague hosted an international meeting of Accelerate GDT project partners from eight countries. The main focus was on clusters and their connection to smart specialisation — essentially addressing the question of which strategies regions should adopt to develop and identify their strongest assets.
Hungarian “Free From” Foods in the Austrian Market – On the opening day of the Free From Speciality Vienna food trade fair, CED, together with the Agricultural Marketing Centre and the Hungarian Embassy in Vienna, organized the Hungarian “Free From” Food Business Event as a key side event. The conference aimed to create a direct networking platform connecting Hungarian “free from” food producers with Austrian buyers and distributors.
On May 22, 2025, Hungary officially inaugurated its National Pavilion at the 4th China–Central and Eastern European Countries Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair (China–CEEC Expo) in Ningbo, China, set against the scenic backdrop of Dongqian Lake.
Czechia’s technology sector is on the rise, fueled by a solid engineering foundation and an expanding culture of innovation. Centered in Prague, the ecosystem is increasingly becoming a key player in Central Europe.
On April 3, 2025, the HEPA Hungarian Export Promotion Agency hosted the Hungarian–Chinese Business Forum in Budapest, held in conjunction with the 21st session of the Hungarian–Chinese Economic Joint Committee. Key participants included:
